Check-out before 11 AM*
*Late check-in is possible with prior notice.
Make sure you contact Casas D’Arramada to confirm your arrival time.
3 nights minimum stay.
Booking changes
Requests for changes to the reservation can be made directly by email, subject to availability.
Pre-payment
A pre-payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required; the balance is payable on arrival at the property.
Cancellation
There is a 30% charge; the prepayment will not be refunded.

Cleaning services
Bed sheets and towels are changed every 4 days, or upon customer request.
The houses are used independently by the guests.
Laundry
- Our self-service laundry room is available for guest use after 5PM and includes both washing machines and dryers
- Please supply your preferred detergent
- We kindly ask that you do not move any linens hanging to dry, as they are being prepared for housekeeping needs the next day
Meals
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are not served.
Conduct and Damages
Take care of your stay and accommodation. The Client is responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their stay.
Responsibility
The responsibility for personal loss or damage is the responsibility of the Client, unless they are caused by causes directly attributable to Casas D’Arramada.
